All Avermore jewelry is made to order in our hometown of Asheville, North Carolina. We work with a small family owned team of GIA certified jewelers to ensure every piece of our jewelry passes the Vanderbilt standard.

All of our jewelry is casted in solid 18K gold, platinum, and sterling silver. Our pieces are never filled or plated.

We ship items via FedEx priority for a flat fee of $50. Orders exceeding $2,000 will receive complimentary shipping. All shipped jewelry items are insured with adult signature required. Please note we ship within the continental United States only. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Returns will only be accepted in original, unworn condition within 15 days of purchase. Returns must include the original packaging and sales receipt. In the event of noncompliance, we reserve the right to deny the return and/or deduct a restocking or repair fee. Sale items, special orders, completed layaways, modified and/or custom pieces are not eligible for return.

To maintain the luster of your gold jewelry, gently wipe pieces with a soft, lint-free cloth after wearing to remove oils and dirt. For deeper cleaning, mix mild soap with warm water, soak briefly, then scrub gently with a soft brush. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. Store your gold jewelry in a cool, dry place, ideally in soft pouches or lined boxes to prevent scratching. Avoid exposure to chlorine, sweat, perfumes, and harsh chemicals, and remove jewelry before swimming or exercising. Regularly inspect for loose stones or clasps and consider professional cleaning annually.

To keep your silver jewelry sparkling, regularly wipe it with a soft cloth to prevent tarnishing. For tarnished pieces, use a silver polishing cloth or mild silver cleaner; avoid abrasive products. Store silver in a dark, cool place, preferably in anti-tarnish pouches or cloths, and consider using silica gel packets to absorb moisture. As with gold, avoid exposure to chlorine, sweat, perfumes, and harsh chemicals, and remove jewelry before swimming or exercising. Regularly inspect for loose stones or clasps and consider professional cleaning annually.
